Kentucky has been approved to provide summer P-EBT benefits as offered by the USDA. Please note the following important aspects of the approval:
Pulaski County School District will be participating in the Seamless Summer Option of National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program. As part of this program, BES, EES, MEC, NES, NHES, NMS, OHES, Eagle, PCHS, PES, SHES, SES, SMS, and SWHS will offer healthy meals every school day at NO COST to all enrolled students and children age 18 and younger for school year 2021-2022. Northern Middle School's Future Problem Solving team learned this week that they are international champions.
Four students -- Blake Leigh, Tristan Patrick, Fiona Lautenschlager, and Eli Swift -- comprised one of 203 teams that recently competed in the Future Problem Solving International Global Issues Problem Solving Competition held virtually June 9-12.
